Davie Drummond is a native of Brooklyn, New York, with a lifelong passion for reading that began at just four years old. His love for children’s books was nurtured by his mother, Viola Ann Drummond, who regularly purchased Scholastic books for him during his kindergarten years. These early experiences sparked a deep appreciation for storytelling that continued through his teenage years and into adulthood.

Inspired by his dedication to learning, Davie went on to earn a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is a proud father of seven and a grandfather of six. Raising children with a wide range of personalities under one roof ignited his imagination and deepened his understanding of the importance of storytelling in a child’s development.

With gratitude, Davie thanks his family and friends for their love and support in helping bring his vision to life. His books are designed to inspire families to explore the fun, excitement, and meaningful moments found in children’s everyday lives. Through his stories, children are encouraged to express themselves, build confidence, and develop critical thinking skills.
